I get it’s fast food, but what is the point of being able to customize something in the app if that is ignored? An icy coke used to be one of my fav treats for myself and they have been lackluster.

I receive spicy buffalo sauce, an apple pie, nuggets, no fries at all and a different toy entirely. Also no straws for any drinks and no spoon for the McFlurry I ordered. 🙃 Don’t trust this McDonald’s with doing anything with competence because time and time again they fail.
