Either need to adjust the proportions or retrain staff. And almost 10 minutes from ordering to receiving our single milkshake, when we were the only ones in line. Plenty of time for 2 of the employees to be dancing though apparently.

The staff was super friendly, the place was wonderfully clean, and the ice cream was AMAZING!!! My mother had strawberry in a waffle cone and loved it! I had mint chocolate chip in a sugar cone and, I must say, this was the best ice cream I've ever eaten! It was so flavorful, creamy, and the chocolate was magical!!! I will absolutely recommend to everyone I know and will definitely stop by again to try more of their delicious flavors!

She was the most amazing example customer service. Never trying Graeters ice cream before she was so thrilled to let us try samples, give recommendations and help us out. We left there so happy and smiling, and the ice cream is so tasty. Thank you so much again Norah for brightening our day and giving us AMAZING ice cream. We will 100% be returning customers!
