First time getting this and it was very good. I ordered the "little" bacon cheeseburger and a small fry. When I got to my apartment, I opened the bag and holly fries! So many fries, and boy they are good. I would have liked a little salt for my taste, but who doesn't love fresh cut fries? Next time I will see if they have vinegar available to take. The burger was still big, but it was delicious for sure. I was very full, but next time I might skip the fries and try a milkshake. I will definitely be back for sure. Fast order even for lunch.

The place was very spacious. The guy came right over and rang me out. He was nice . However, I did ask for my onions to be grilled , they were not and that played a big part in the enjoyment of my sandwich. Those onions are very potent and almost messed up my stomach, thats why I order onions the same way everywhere.
Secondly, The sandwich itself had no flavor or anything to pull me in. It was equivalent to eating a plastic sandwich. Nothing drew me in. So, everyone that referred me to 5Gs, I should've eaten at home.
Lastly,
They kept fixing their personal clothes with their gloves on and rubbing the back of their pants, that is 100% unsanitary. The quality of the food is just not there . You're paying for the company name.

The employees were so rude and racist. I formally complained to headquarters and am still waiting for a response. I brought my family from abroad to try Five Guys. It was New Year’s Day and snowy, and we have a small dog, so we didn’t plan to dine in. We just wanted grab and go. The employees kept yelling at my family and rolling their eyes. There were only three customers at the time, and my family didn’t interfere with their dining experience at all. We were planning to leave as soon as we received our order. Not to mention, the employee who took the order was so impatient the moment I stepped into the restaurant. When I ordered, I was by myself. Because it was snowing, I asked my family to bring the dog in until the order was ready (about 2 minutes). I had already told the employee that we would leave as soon as possible. Despite this, they kept rolling their eyes and yelled at us. My family came from abroad, and it was their first experience at Five Guys. This is not acceptable. I will continue to raise this issue.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
