It was New Year’s Day and snowy, and we have a small dog, so we didn’t plan to dine in. We just wanted grab and go. The employees kept yelling at my family and rolling their eyes. There were only three customers at the time, and my family didn’t interfere with their dining experience at all. We were planning to leave as soon as we received our order. Not to mention, the employee who took the order was so impatient the moment I stepped into the restaurant. When I ordered, I was by myself. Because it was snowing, I asked my family to bring the dog in until the order was ready (about 2 minutes). I had already told the employee that we would leave as soon as possible. Despite this, they kept rolling their eyes and yelled at us. My family came from abroad, and it was their first experience at Five Guys. This is not acceptable. I will continue to raise this issue.

Before anyone asks: yes, the order was correct on the receipt. Yes, the Uber Eats driver confirmed they were handed a sealed bag (that was clearly not heavy enough to contain, you know, FOOD). This was 100% a restaurant error. How does a place that specializes in burgers forget… all the burgers? So disappointing.
