The employees were so rude and racist. I formally complained to headquarters and am still waiting for a response. I brought my family from abroad to try Five Guys. It was New Year’s Day and snowy, and we have a small dog, so we didn’t plan to dine in. We just wanted grab and go. The employees kept yelling at my family and rolling their eyes. There were only three customers at the time, and my family didn’t interfere with their dining experience at all. We were planning to leave as soon as we received our order. Not to mention, the employee who took the order was so impatient the moment I stepped into the restaurant. When I ordered, I was by myself. Because it was snowing, I asked my family to bring the dog in until the order was ready (about 2 minutes). I had already told the employee that we would leave as soon as possible. Despite this, they kept rolling their eyes and yelled at us. My family came from abroad, and it was their first experience at Five Guys. This is not acceptable. I will continue to raise this issue.

Best Five Guys ever. I rolled in dangerously close to closing time. They still took care of me. Super polite and everyone was having a good time while they were cleaning up for the evening. Thanks for not turning me away guys.

Everything is awful, employees are so rude, I haven't met this type of people on my life. I waited for my order for 1 hour, they throw my order to the trash, then made me wait for 30 minutes after I waited whole hour.

Ordered nearly $70 worth of food through Uber Eats and somehow Five Guys managed to send ONLY the milkshakes. That’s it. No burgers. No fries. Before anyone asks: yes, the order was correct on the receipt. Yes, the Uber Eats driver confirmed they were handed a sealed bag (that was clearly not heavy enough to contain, you know, FOOD). This was 100% a restaurant error. How does a place that specializes in burgers forget… all the burgers? So disappointing.

The place dirty and one of the guys was in a and mood when I asked about how can I get in the restroom. There is not any sign where they tell you you need a code for open the door. The food was dry or over cooked. There wasn't water available to drink, just soda.
