  Recently placed a mobile order that included an iced latte. When I arrived to pick up my order they informed me their cappuccino machine was down and coffee was my only option. I was not refunded for the drink I didn’t receive even though regular coffee purchases are free with my rewards. The vanilla haleznut coffee also had weird flakes when dispensed. Threw in garbage.

  Came in today for a very simple sandwich, like I do weekly at this location. Today I was charged an extra $4-5 for my normal, everyday order. Totally fine, because I understand it’s not a usual order & sometimes there’s questions on how to ring it in. Because of this being an issue, I have a picture of how it’s meant to be rang in. Tried to show & express that to the cashier & just got a really hostile & rude response in return. Ruined my morning tbh lol. Don’t think I’ll be returning.
