This morning I not only waited over 25 minutes for one cup of coffee (probably understaffed, not the end of the world) but the drive thru operator (who conveniently had no name tag) also shouted at me and tried to instigate a conflict right at the window. I ordered an old fashioned doughnut in addition. When I got to the window he said they didn't have any of those, and to pick something else.After going through multiple other selections they didn't have, I said "just forget the doughnut because I have to go", and handed him my payment. The man at the drive thru snatched my money from my hand and began shouting "it isn't my fault!" He continued to run his mouth instead of ringing me out so that I could leave. Not only was i late to my appointment but I also left without what I intended to purchase. I will be calling corporate later today to report this man's aggressive behavior. If this employee is going to continue to be the representative for this company then I will take my business elsewhere.
