  Customer service is indeed hit or miss but what’s worse than that for me is the fact that at least one or two of the donuts in my mixed half dozens are almost always nearly petrified. Uncollected mobile orders are not refunded automatically as they are with almost every other fast food restaurant on earth these days. And have I mentioned that there’s no guarantee that the donuts are gonna be fresh even early in the morning?

  The staff is hit and miss, some days they're all-star and some days they're chatting in a little pod while you're waiting for them to notice the mobile order you put in 20 minutes ago is still waiting to even be started. The food is always great, but the coffee often tastes very watered down, I've even gotten just steamed milk in a cup with the coffee completely forgotten. Atmosphere was given 2 stars because it often smells very strongly of urine???

  Love dunkin ❤️ butterpecan is my favorite swirl. Its close to home and two of my favorite people work there. No one is rude

  The blonde female working at 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays has horrible service and was very nasty with her words she should be fired

  I’m not sure about any anybody else’s experience but the customer service is weak. There was one person in front of me ordering , 10 of them walking around back-and-forth doing nothing. Alright cool, OK somebody else comes in behind me and a worker helps that person, ignores me doesn’t acknowledge me doesn’t say hey I’ll be with you in a moment. I don’t know it’s the little things though. I got my food quickly, but I’ll probably never return to this again. I’d rather get my order from AI than a human being who has no customer service skills that’s all.
