I have a kind of pain in the butt iced latte order and they forget the cold foam more often than not but in addition to that they gave me some weird berry drink, maybe??, instead of normal iced tea. A rather gross surprise when not expected. The other thing thats probably just a me thing is that the employee handing you the drinks puts her entire palm on the lid as she hands it out the window. I get a lid that doesnt need a straw and for some reason, again probably a weird me quirk, that grosses me out. Overall, they are normally very nice but its a bit annoying when I still have to walk in to get the correct order. I'll stuck to the West Liberty Ave location when possible.
