- MCMegan CarlsonFeb 10, 20261.0honestly just a terrible experience overall. this place is nothing but chaotic to a point where i could absolutely lose my mind, and the staff are, like other reviews say, rude and incompetent. i waited one hour after i got my food to finally speak up and say i was missing two drinks. multiple others in the place also had to ask staff to remake their drinks. when i talked to the manager, she was nothing but rude until she figured out she was wrong and the tried to be nice to me. kinda sad this is the only dunkin close for campus students. 0/10 don’t recommend

Sick of spending $7 on a coffee that's made incorrectly. Sick of going in and them not having stuff in stock that they stated was in stock. Tired of being treated poorly for ordering something that was out of stock that was not stated as out of stock.

If im paying $5 for 8 pieces of bacon i expect 8 pieces of bacon, and when i ask about why i am getting shorted on my expensive bacon i dont need the attitude. Needs better management and training. No tickets were sold out of the window for 15 minutes while the line kept growing. When asked if is really the color if the tea. Two employees looked at me and contemptuously said yes. I mentioned that I probably won't be back, they both said ok If they thinks it's ok u guess it is. JUST DONT GO HERE.
