Thirty minutes later my bagel bites and hash browns finally made it out. Thankfully, I had my coffee in hand to sip while I waited. Even with a long line and a couple of Karens in the mix, the staff stayed friendly and professional. I actually appreciated the honesty upfront—it let me decide if I wanted to wait (and I did, because hot Dunkin’ food is worth it). Coffee, food, and staff that can handle chaos? Still a 5-star run in my book.
