They call your phone but if you happen to be one of the people that doesnt have their phone attached to them at all times, this means that I get no notification. Today this means that when I ordered delivery for my family, the driver didnt ring the bell, and then just left. No pizza for us tonight. And no returning customer for them.

I informed the driver and he said he would bring it to me. After about 30 mins, I decided to call the store and ask about it. I talked to a man and he said that they would have to make a new one and It would take a while, so he then offered me a free voucher for a cheesy bread next time. I said no, I was looking forward to this, I will wait for a new one. This conversation happened before 8:30pm and it is now past 11 pm. I never received my cheesy bread and I’m pretty pissed off about it. I feel like it’s not ridiculous to ask for the thing I paid for. I was also polite on the phone, but that’s gone out the window now.
