I ordered three hoagies, and unfortunately there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. Two of the sandwiches were missing the special sauce I requested, and my chicken cheese steak was missing the cheese entirely. In addition, the chicken portion was so small that a quarter of the roll had no meat at all by the time I finished it. Given the number of mistakes in a single order, the overall experience was not very good, and it has made me hesitant to return. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the store is aware of what happened. Thank you for taking the time to review this.

There was one person in the dining room and one person picking up for a delivery service. Was ignored and waited for several minutes before asking another employee to give me my online order.
