Checked in, was told itd be 15 to 30 minutes, okay thats fine. 55 minutes later AFTER my husband went to figure out what was happening and other parties seated ahead of us, (tried to talk to someone and they interrupted him and walked away) we finally got seated. Put in our order and took another hour for food. When my salad was brought out, my husband had to find someone to get us silverware. My pasta was brought without garlic bread, was told it would be right out, never came and forgot about it. Then finally the waitress came and said oh yeah your bread, do you still want that. I had already eaten so no. After several let downs, we asked for the manager, took 30 minutes for the RIGHT manager to come see us, whom said he was going to adjust things that never happened. When we got the bill, at this point I was over everything. As my husband and I were figuring out what to leave for the tip since we paid on card, the waitress (that has been hanging over my shoulder the entire time we were paying), spoke up and said oh are yall leaving a cash tip? So unprofessional on all ends.

Service is super slow, wait staff is not attentive, games are constantly out of service or taking chips but not allowing us to play, and on our most recent visit the shop was almost completely empty. I believe that they put chili powder on my dessert instead of cinnamon, and when I brought this to the attention of our server, he disappeared. I thought that maybe he was looking for a manager, but returned several minutes later and just asked us to pay our bill. For a place that advertises fun for all, it has been anything but.

Your winner's circle attendant Haylee was there the night of Christmas Day was an absolute delight and HILARIOUS. There was a minor hiccup that she and your manager Chris resolved quickly. The food was great as well, but the customer service was impeccable! Thank you for an amazing first time experience, especially on the holiday.

After receiving our food the manager, Mee, stopped by to see how everything was. This was another very pleasant interaction and a nice surprise! You don’t always expect this level of service at this establishment but every time we have been to this place we are blown away. Can’t wait to come back soon!
