  Expensive - but… decent food, atmosphere, and fun! But - again… did I say this place was expensive? We went for a meal then games for two hours and spent over $250. Thanks!

  BIG PARTY ALERT! Our party of 12 was very disappointed tonight. We had dined here once before and the same situation happened, but we assumed it was just an accident. Now that it has happened again, we believe this is a regular practice they have been doing to customers. We asked our server for the check, and they brought the tablet over for payment, but we also requested a paper check. The server told us the paper check did not include gratuity. When we compared the two, we realized the paper check did include gratuity—and the tablet had both gratuity and an additional tip added on top. I went to the manager and asked why an extra tip was included on top of the gratuity. She simply said I could “adjust it” and choose not to pay the additional amount. I explained that the tablet only showed a “close” button, which leads straight to payment, and it didn’t offer an option to decline the extra tip. The server noticed I was speaking with the manager and immediately came over, and the manager just said the server would “take care of it.” I was shocked at how casually the manager handled the situation and how she seemed to side with the server. We mentioned that the tablet was confusing, and she even admitted it was misleading—but said it like it was completely normal. Please check your receipts carefully before paying.

  My boyfriend and I went as part of our anniversary weekend and it was such a fun time for the both of us. They offered a great deal for your dinner and game tokens combined which blew us away at the value. Plus there were plenty of spots to refill tokens if you wanted to. Both dining staff and game room staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. We had a blast!

  Half there machines took our points and we didn’t even get to play others would just stop in the middle of playing. Service was mid we came in saw a please wait to be seated to wait and eventually have to go to the bar where they said we sit our selves. Only thing good was the employee’s attitude. Would not recommend

  I had not been to Dave & Busters for many years. I remember the menu being very basic and the food not so good. I was surprised to see an extensive memu with lots of options. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich Not only did it taste good, it looked just like the picture on the menu. It was a busy day and they were short staffed, but our server Tweety was amazing. We were a large party with one picky eater. She was very pleasant, patient, professional, and attentive. I was very pleased with the food and the service.
