They care more about horse playing than customer service, the one kid didn’t even know how to count money. I ordered a small chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard, and all I got was chocolate ice cream. The cookie dough blizzard is made with vanilla ice cream and when I told the kid that, he said it’s the same thing. There was so much chocolate ice cream, it was overflowing so I threw it out. My boyfriend got a sundae with barely any ice cream, he was done with his sundae before I even got my blizzard because the kids were too busy wrestling while customers were there. I will never go back there again.

There wasn't a large line and the guy in front of us showed us this sign that one of the employees gave him. It said last in line. The weird part is, only that person was in front of us. I guess business is so good they can turn away guests 15 minutes before closing.
