- MRMcKenzie RussavageFeb 10, 20261.0We had our gender reveal cake made here and the lady who took my order was fantastic, went the extra mile, went to the back with the envelope to document everything, etc. 2 days later, the person making the cake called me and revealed the gender when asking a question. When I called to explain my concerns with the manager she was very dismissive and said “usually the mom isn’t the contact person” and also tried to blame the person who took my order and said they didn’t document it well (when I know they did). She said “I don’t know what else you want me to say but the girl does feel bad.” Well imagine how I feel. When I went to pick up the cake, they never removed the order form from the box and the gender was written there too. So clearly just no ability to handle these types of cakes or customer service in general!
