We’re all about the tacos, tequila + margaritas here at Condado Downtown Pittsburgh, but the main attraction is our build-your-own tacos! Choices range from toppings + proteins, to shells + sauces. We pride ourselves on having fresh ingredients made every single day and — unlike other joints — tacos made your way.
Mixed reviews on food quality; some praised the tacos and margaritas, while others found them bland or poorly prepared.
Service Experience
Service quality varied significantly; many customers reported excellent service, while others experienced slow or dismissive service.
Atmosphere
The ambiance was generally appreciated for its vibrant decor and energy, though some noted issues with cleanliness and lighting.
Value for Money
Customers had mixed feelings about pricing; some found it reasonable for the quality, while others felt it was overpriced for the experience.

Went to this place during my 1 day of traveling through Pittsburg. From the beginning,
Asked the server if we can sit by the window in this empty second floor, she said no it’s not available (only one other family eating here)
We order fountain side, and server said they ran out.
We ordered two bowls, the steak and chicken taste uncooked, rice is uncooked. Do not recommend this place AT ALL, server amalia was no good.
WASTE OF MONEY.

This place was amazing! Between the queso, tacos, and taco bowls WOW! Also, the delicious margaritas. Reasonable price also. Our server was also amazing! She made sure all the food came out on point! Everything came out nice and hot and the food was out of this world! Thank you !!

Went here for one of my first times in Pitt, with my family and ordered two house margarita pitchers and the nachos special. The nachos were correctly discounted, which shows the staff knew it was a Thursday special day. However, the margarita pitchers were not charged at the special price and were instead rung up at full price.
When asked questions about the menu and the pricing, the waitress, Madison, was not helpful and seemed annoyed, disrespectful and honestly condescending by the questions rather than willing to explain. And then when we pointed out the issue with the drink pricing on the bill, she took the check and said she would get the manager. Instead of the manager coming over to speak with us, she came back alone and simply said that $14 had been refunded.
There was no explanation of why the mistake happened, no apology, and no opportunity to speak directly with a manager. Because the refund was processed after payment, we had already tipped based on the higher amount and were not given the option to adjust the tip. This made the situation feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Overall, the way this was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. The pricing mistake was quietly corrected without explanation, the manager never came over, and there was no apology or accountability. Being refunded after payment without the chance to adjust the tip felt shady and intentional, as if the goal was to end the situation quickly rather than treat us fairly. What should have been a simple correction instead left us feeling brushed off. I’ve never left a below great
review ever, but I’m sorry for whatever the waitress was going through because she was beyond disrespectful to customers. The food was alright but not good enough to handle this attitude.

Riley is quite possibly the worst server ever. Took 23 mins to get water. Had to ask twice… then 2/3 of our dips came out wrong. She said “I see these are wrong, are these okay?” Well no clearly not we didn’t order these. Kitchen brought out the drips we actually ordered. By the toke they came out we were out of chips, none were offered. The three of us got 7 tacos, 3 of them were wrong. She said “I see that there’s tomato’s and you asked for none, is that okay?” And then (the best part) “I am not intimately familiar with the tacos, but I think that looks right” (it was not right at all…). She then stared from behind the bar at us, and ignored us for 40+ minutes. She was in her phone for quite a while. No refills on water ever. Couldn’t eat the food without water to drink as it is spicy food. By the time she finally comes back, all of our food is cold and we just ask for the bill. There were 3 other tables upstairs with us at the time. She had an attitude when we asked for the check since we couldn’t eat anything. Worst service ever. I am a server and I would be embarrassed if I left this service. No apologies offered or anything. I came out for my birthday and entirely regret this experience. Thanks for nothing.
