He then proceeded to ask me to pay him 100 dollars as part of a “bet” for if the food was prepared or not. Extremely unprofessional and as a regular chipotle customer I will not be returning to this location due to this incident. Lastly when I did receive my order it was prepared incorrectly with the wrong ingredients. An all around horrible experience.

The food looked old and it was a 30plus minute wait time as well.The other staff was ok but I know a lot of people, and deal with a lot of people and never seen something like this. This chipotle has to do better and will lose a loyal customer(s).

But what happened today was inexcusable. I'm trying to order my burrito, and the worker has an airpod in. If she can hear me, no problem. She couldn't, and I had to repeat "WHITE RICE PLEASE" 6 TIMES. "BLACK BEANS PLEASE" 3 TIMES. She just keeps asking me "huh" after "huh" because she couldn't hear me. I have a reasonably strong voice. As I'm leaving, she has her head down like she's taking a nap or something with her hair near the food. Fire her.
