My daughter was very hungry had been waiting to go to chipotle for a while, and we ordered 2 tacos and took rice, guacamole, beans, and mild on the side. When we got there and took our orders, our sides were barely there! There were like 15 grains of rice on our sides, 10 bean and mild pieces, and rotten guacamole! We went to speak with the workers and their attitude was as rotten as the guacamole! They refused to fix our order and created a very disappointing atmosphere for everyone. Their service is HORRIBLE. My daughter was very disappointed and had tears in her eyes. This poor kid was hungry!!! I am definitely NEVER going to the Upper Saint Clair Chipotle ever again because of their poor service, attitude, and food.

There was a time we enjoy stopping here for a quick meal. Past tense though. We have been long-suffering with all the negative aspects but I think we have reached our fill with a disastrous dining area and now poorly made burritos. Last visit our burritos we so full (normally not a bad thing!) they couldn't be wrapped without the contents spilling onto the outside of the shell. So there was no way to handle the burritos without having the filling completely covering hands and fingers. Every table was covered with slopped up food, soft drink dispenser area was a disaster, and trash cans were mounded high with garbage. Workers seemed to care not about the condition of things as they were more concerned about talking than catching up on work. It may have been the most unappetizing meal we have ever experienced out

I’m usually not one to complain, but this chipotle is absolutely horrible. The staff is not friendly at all and the orders are always wrong. The portion sizes are horrific if you order ahead or have your food delivered. The employees will only fill the bowl halfway or won’t make it right if you’re not in front of them telling them to add more. I work late and often will get food before I go home, but everytime I order ahead something is wrong or missing from my bowl. Tonight I ordered a bowl with carnitas, white rice, cheese, lettuce, and a side of chips. The bowl I received was steak and cheese. Literally just those. No rice at all. This place is very unprofessional so if you want to get chipotle I would recommend going to a different location.

Terrible just terrible always skimping on online deliveries if you want a normal food portion just order there don't even try ordering online. My bowl was 1/3 filled and I was missing 3 parts of it absolutely ridiculous!!!!
