The staff were slow, inattentive, and acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers standing right in front of them. I was ignored while employees talked among themselves, and when I was finally helped, the attitude was rude and dismissive. The line moved at a painfully slow pace, and the overall lack of professionalism was obvious. For a place that charges the prices it does, this level of horrible service is embarrassing and absolutely inexcusable.

Every time I have ordered within the past six months, there’s been something wrong with my order, especially when I get a delivery. Most recently, somebody stole my order and the store refused to make it even after the Dasher complained and I called to complain as well. I know it wasn’t a DoorDasher who stole the order because the first driver who arrived had called me and said that somebody had already picked it up. The store refused to be accommodating or provide a refund. Every location I go to has the vinaigrette and will give it to me when I ask for it. I even offer to pay because I know some people take advantage of this. One of the last times I went in there, I asked for a side of vinaigrette and said that I would pay for it and one of the employees said “ I wasn’t going to give it to you either way” And then continued to get an attitude with me when I told her that I was paying with cash. Please do better.
