  So so wonderful. I thought this would be a chipotle rip-off, but I was sorely mistaken. Not only was the food a quality tier above and beyond, but the service was impeccable! I want to specifically note a very sweet girl, Tess. She handled my order with an illuminating smile and made special care to handle my dietary restrictions. 5 stars! Thank you Tess and cava!

  Great experience at CAVA. Even though she wasn’t the one taking my order, Tess Freed was super helpful and took the time to answer my questions about the menu and different options. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience better. Food was fresh and delicious as always. Really appreciate the customer service.

  I had such a great experience at CAVA thanks to one of their amazing employees, Tess Freed! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. Even though it was busy, they stayed calm, moved efficiently, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine. Employees like this are the reason I’ll keep coming back. CAVA is lucky to have them!

  Don’t waste your time or your money. It’s not worth the hype. I wouldn’t change my review based on one good interaction with one employee. I take issue with the front of the house getting all the credit for the back of the house’s work. It’s commonplace in the restaurant industry. If the people look miserable (except for one) it’s because they are. I see one employee mentioned over and over again. You can’t build a good reputation for an entire business on one interaction or one employee. You have to look at the bigger picture. I don’t believe in supporting businesses that purposely overwork, understaff, & underpay. When these companies are capable of really doing more for their people, but do less & less, it invariably shows up on the faces of the workers. It shows up in the slow, depressed pace, it shows up in the other areas. Burnout. It’s preventable. You would think that the supposed “prestige” of healthy eating would mean a more vibrant atmosphere filled with engaged people, but that’s not the case because they clearly care more about profit than people at CAVA. The people up top are doing well and the majority of employees are probably struggling financially. Ask the people off the clock what it’s really like and you’ll never return. You don’t want to support something so egregious. Ignorance is bliss.

  ALWAYS under staffed. If you pre order online it will take longer than everyone else in line. Doesn’t matter you will wait longer even if u pre order ahead to avoid waiting! I’ve had enough of this place can’t stand how behind they always are!!! Hire enough workers how difficult is that???
