Had the 10 golden fire wings, just ok...you'll always have the puny little wing in the bunch, waiting on the beers, but the waitress was nice.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings to pick up an online order, and it was the usual mess. I got there at the time the app told me to, of course it wasn’t ready. I waited about 5–7 minutes before finally getting my food. I go to my car and immediately notice the bag feels way too small. Sure enough, they forgot my fries. I had to go back inside, tell them, and they said they’d make fresh fries. They only take a couple minutes to cook, but I stood there for another five minutes waiting. I figured since I almost left without a whole side, maybe they’d throw in something extra but nope. Just the fries. I said thank you and left.
I get home, excited to eat, and it somehow gets worse. My mac and cheese was only filled halfway. I paid almost $5 for maybe three bites. Then I open my “large” blue cheese (which I paid extra for, because I love blue cheese)… and it wasn’t even blue cheese. No idea what sauce it was. Word of advice: if you order online, do NOT show up at the time the app tells you. Go at least 30 minutes later. And be prepared to hunt someone down because there’s usually no one at the front for online pickups. Every single time I come here, something is wrong. The food can be good, but the online pickup experience is a complete pain and honestly exhausting.
