I went into this Arby’s that I’ve been going to for as long as I can remember, and had a coupon for $3.99 for a chicken tender snack, a three piece chicken, tenders and small fry. I ordered two of the three-piece chicken tender snacks for $3.99 each and added a large Coke for $3.19, and the female manager with missing front teeth who I’ve never seen before was working the register, and told me my total was $19.64. I tried to explain that I only wanted two of the chicken tender snacks, and one large Coke, So my total should be about $12, not almost $20. She continued to argue with me that when I added the large Coke it turned the chicken tender snacks from the coupon into full meals for over nine dollars each, which is why my total was almost $20. This woman is the manager on duty, and has absolutely no idea how the coupons work or how to enter them into the computer. I’ve been here many times previously and used coupons with no issues whatsoever, until today. I’ve been going to this Arby’s for lunch for well over 20 years, and they just lost my business forever. I left and took my daughter to Wendy’s.

Twice in a two week period we went here on Wednesday at 5pm for to go orders. Twice the orders were wrong. Twice the food was cold. The first order was completely missing one sandwich. You owe me a Classic Roast Beef. Give me a reason to go back.

Whoever the woman, the cook I’m assuming, was working at 6:30pm on 11/04 is very unprofessional. We placed a mobile order and pulled up to the speaker and some young man asked how he could help us. We gave the name on the order and two words into what he was going to say she gets over the mic speaking over him and goes “that order JUST came through you’re gonna have to wait a couple minutes pull up to the window” extremely rude. Meanwhile, there’s no line, nobody inside in line so I’m not sure what the difference would have been…just very unnecessary commentary when the young man could’ve just said that.
