My driver was waiting there for a long time. I didn't get my food 55 minutes ago and that order got cancelled. I don't know what kind of customer service is going on.

Five people working there are not doing a good job. The most terrible customer service. I was in Korea for a long time. Almost 30 minutes. One drink and one donut and one bacon cheese. Parking wasn't available. I waited so long that I got a $55 ticket on my car. It wasn't good. They didn't respond to me anymore. My order was ready.

As a more than loyal customer of this store, I was denied access to the restroom. I get that rules are rules and people are their to do their jobs and uphold them so I don't blame the individual, this particular Dunkin establishment has to do better. There needs to be a plan in place for more than loyal customers to use a restroom prior to being expected to make a purchase. So, you want me to urinate on myself for a munchkin (donut hole). "You have to buy something to get the code to the restroom" is what I was told. I've been frequenting this particular store longer than the employee who said it to me has been employed there, it's baffling. If I could list here how much I've spent there as the nearest location to my home, you'd understand my displeasure with my latest experience. Tactics like this spell demise for businesses, I've seen it many times. You've lost my business, I most definitely will NOT be returning.

Just avoid this location. When i went they were out of all donuts. I simply wanted 1 donut and it took me 20 mins before the line got to me. Waste of time if u want a quick bite

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dunkin yesterday that I feel needs to be addressed. When I walked in, the employee working the counter (Vince) did not greet me. I politely said hello and asked if I could quickly use the restroom before ordering because I had to go urgently. I explained that I planned to purchase something afterward but needed a moment since I hadn’t yet decided what I wanted. Instead of responding with basic courtesy, Vince immediately replied in a robotic tone that I had to buy something first before using the restroom. I reiterated that I needed to go urgently and simply hadn’t had the chance to decide on my order yet. He then bluntly stated, “I cannot let you go to the bathroom without a purchase, it's our policy.” The interaction was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. I fully understand that many businesses have restroom policies to prevent misuse, but the way this situation was handled showed zero flexibility or empathy. A polite explanation or a simple moment of understanding would have gone a long way. As an entrepreneur who consulted and built the operations for a coffee shop in downtown Pittsburgh that is still successfully operating today, I know firsthand that treating people with respect is non-negotiable in hospitality. My suggestions for improvement: • Train staff to greet customers and communicate policies respectfully. • Allow reasonable discretion for urgent situations before purchase. • Remember that hospitality and empathy are part of the service industry. I came in simply hoping to satisfy a sweet tooth and left feeling shocked at how poorly the situation was handled. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve customer service. With Style and Intention, Ieshia Inspires
