  I stop by this location maybe 2x a month. Never had an issue until last week. I placed an order for 2 box of Joe to be picked up the next day at 9am: I get there on time. I didn’t get my order until 925am.. everything and everyone seemed cool and pleasant so I gave them grace bc it was busy. I get to the event and the guests tell me there are no creamers in the bag. The workshop was starting and there is no store around at all. So basically the coffee went to waste. I call the next day (I was too busy to call the same day as I was the workshop presenter) and told them about the error and asked how they could make this right and they told me “I mean the creamer is complimentary. It’s only valued at $2 at most. I can offer you a cup of coffee.” I told them it wasn’t my money and they need to do something for the org that paid for it. They basically said that’s all they can offer. On the DD website it says that the box of Joe “INCLUDES CREAMER, sweetener, cups and all the necessary fixings for a complete coffee experience.” Which means it’s part of the cost! I didn’t even get a sorry or offer $5 gift card towards another purchase. It was very dismissive and no problem solving skills whatsoever. Spent $45 was on coffee that couldn’t even be enjoyed and made me wait 25 minutes for it.

  Every time I go here 1st it’s the wait in the long drive thru 2nd gotta deal with attitudes 3rd I place my order and pay the extras $0.89 or $3.00 only for them to not make me what I asked for but it got paid so they just taking money but not giving you what you paid for. There’s a label on the cup right ? How you still no make it right. Then say oh I can make you another one so I gotta sit and wait longer for something I paid for remember you sit in line for like 15 minutes. Orders are never right I won’t go back. Yall should go to Brownsville location way better

  This Dunkin is probably the worst Dunkin in Pittsburgh hands down. Every drink I had was absolutely terrible and they never have a variety of donuts available.

  I was disgusted by front end person who was trying to get her hair in a ponytail several times while making my drink and getting my donut. She kept saying how do I get the smell of donuts out of my hair. When I ordered my iced vanilla latte, she had to ask 3 times if I wanted anything in it. I asked what was a particular donut. Instead of answering, she said will that all? Maybe it was the ear bud in her right ear? At 9:45am they only had about 6 choices for donuts- not even sugar or glazed. I will not be back.
