  This place is ran terribly. Just about everyone working there has given up. There is no working lighting in the sitting area, so its dark and dirty with unused charging cables cluttered around outlets. I ordered a sweet tea, bacon sausage egg & cheese sandwich, and the bagel bites with cheese in them. I sat down and waited about 10 minutes and went back up to check the status of my order, only to see its been sitting there getting cold. The employees don't call out your order number, at least loud enough to where you can hear it. Fine. I didn't get the bagel bites nor my sweet tea. My friend didn't get the doughnut he ordered. My sandwich tasted like it's been sitting there for a while. I had to wait at the pickup counter for an employee to actually acknowledge me. The tea I eventually got was not a sweet tea. I gave up, threw it out, and left. This place is a horribly managed mess and it will not change until enough people speak up about it.

  Always have a great experience here. Honestly the tables could be cleaned more often and the condiment table top is usually sticky and nasty but other than that I have no complaints.

  Could someone tell the food line to stop letting the egg sit on the steel counter to get cold? Also, your coffee is constantly burned. On a good note, The young lady damion (I'm probably misspelling that) and the guy Lucas deserve praise and a raise. These two are incredible and go above and beyond every time. Good on them! ✨❤️

  The manager was very rude.... I order bacon jam grilled cheese... but I asked to take out the bacon... The cashier said he would do that. But the manager said no, and returned my money... She asked me would I order another sandwich? Because she didn't want make sandwich without bacon if you order bacon jam grilled cheese (event I paid full price)

  Went to to this location recently, and I usually order ahead due to going while on break at work. This time, I order ahead and ordered two large coffees. Get there, my drinks aren't made and I'm told they are out of size large cups. I had to settle for mediums, and I wasn't reimbursed whatsoever. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. If any further issues like this occur, I will have no qualms about calling corporate.
