  I will never forget the very first time I started working at Dunkin way back when I was a sophomore in high school, as soon as I punched in, I was standing with my hands inside my pockets. My manager then proceeded to ask me what was I doing? Why was I with my hands in my pockets if I was working. Since then, I've never done that at any job. I walked into this Dunkin, wasn't greeted. She just stood on the computer waiting for me to tell her what I wanted. When I asked her for a drink, she responded with "uh huhgg" ask for another drink same response. She responded with "uh huhgg" may times until I said that was it. I figured, well maybe she's someone with a disability, maybe she's not able to talk. But then she told me my total crystal clear. So there went that. Not a thank you, she went to get my donuts. Then I walked over to the pick up area and a different girl went up to the pick up counter and put two drinks on the counter. She didn't say order number, or what those drinks were. She didn't say a word. Big massive difference to when I go to Starbucks they greet me with hello how are you doing and at pick up they'll say iced caramel latte or whatever the drink may be or mobile pick up for xyZ. What kind of service is this? This is some crazy work ethic that we got going on here. Where's the managers? This is on them. I mean, I understand people may not want to do physical work anymore, but they don't even wanna talk now? INSANE!

  Staff is friendly but i have to say 9 times out of 10...order is messed up. Coffee is coffee though lol just check your food order before you leave

  Was just there with a mobile order. I’ve worked food service from 16-21 years old and I know how you are supposed to treat every customer. These employees have NO IDEA. I pulled up at the drive through with the simplest thing, a mobile order. Told the lady I had one and she quickly said “pull around.” Normally, they ask for ur name, so I misheard her and said my name. She very rudely responded “yep, only one I have on here, pull around” in an extremely condescending manner. I then pulled around and she handed my food and drink out aggressively without speaking or telling me to have a good day, as you are SUPPOSED to do in customer service. These Employees need trained on manners, will not be going back.

  Employee was very friendly and helpful approaching storm had caused people to buy most of stock but she still gave us best deal. Doughnut holes were great. Will come more often good Employee makes a difference.
