- ASAvery SteinApr 21, 20261.0This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Always out of everything. When they do have ingredients, they’re not good. My rice is crunchy. Portions are small. This is the “guacamole” I ordered. It looks like the nasty patty from SpongeBob.

I tried 10 different times to try to talk to an actual person who could refund me. I did not have time to wait or place another order so I left and went home. I have a newborn baby so I cannot get a refund as I'm told by pepper the Chipotle AI because I didn't place another order. So I just lost $30 worst customer service experience ever! All I wanted was my refund. I could prove that I never picked it up. This is the most frustrating experience I've had in a long time. And on top of all that I call the location where I placed the order 10 different times. Nobody answered!!
