  Horrible! Terrible! Went in today at 10:06om, store isn’t supposed to close until 11pm, they stated they’re not taking any more orders. HOW? Yall are supposed to be open until 11pm! That doesn’t even make sense!

  This location is an absolute joke. Stood there for 10 minutes with employees popping out of the back over and over and not addressing the 6 people waiting in line, out of every ingredient then charging double for single portions because they were giving less than a scoop of everything. Literally told the employee to TAP THE STEAK SO IT FELL OFF THE SCOOP! The manager needs let go immediately allowing this place to run like this.

  I never write reviews lol. Ordered a quesadilla. They said it was done. I show up and the workers are acting like the customers are offending them by making them work the job they signed up for (I work in the kitchen all day so I get its a tiring job but this is negligent and just rude). Here’s the set up: one dude high out of his mind attempting to read and cook, while a bunch of other workers slowly close more than 30 mins early while they have 10+ hanging online orders and 4+ in store orders. Don’t come here if you respect your own time and or money. If they can manage to get your order out it will probably be wrong or missing items. Place needs closed down. I’m sure the workers are tired but it shouldn’t be at my expense. I’m tired too like everyone else. Epitome of postmodern capitalism and it wreaks badly.

  My wife and I ate here today, unfortunately. We've been here a few times as we live nearby. It was definitely the worst Chipotle experience that we've had. And I'd say I've had my share of bad ones. I've probably been to 25+ Chipotle locations over the years. 8 pm on a Thursday. Long line of people. Once we get to the front of the line, they were out of black beans, chicken, steak, hot salsa, and chicken al pastor. We opted to wait for steak because it was almost done figuring it would be fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Overcooked, dry and tough to chew. The spinach on my wife's bowl was wilted and we had to pick several pieces out. We got chips and queso. The chips were stale and over-salted. They were even out of cups at checkout. It will be our final trip to this location. A comically bad experience and I don't know if it could have been worse.

  Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. Online order only, so there must’ve clearly been an issue. The workers were so careless, clearly didn’t care at all, didn’t want to be there. The one girl was talking on her phone while making orders. Because she was so distracted she forgot to give both of my bowls guacamole. Our bowls were extremely pathetic with how minimal of food we got. When they were done with orders all the employees were standing around by the dining tables talking amongst themselves. The tables were also very dirty. Everyone who walked in and was told it’s online only were very disappointed and walked out immediately. We gave them a chance even though it was online only and it was an extremely disappointing experience.
