- RRraftingdon2Apr 12, 20261.0Manager was rude and told us after we ordered a salad and burrito bowl they didnt have any silverware. Asked how we were supposed to eat our food and she basically told us to figure it out. Ultimately walked out as we had no way to eat our food. Went to Moe's next door and they stated they get many people a day come to them complaining about this location. Ill never go back to a Chipotle again as every time it has been bad. Moes was great and had mote toppings for the same type of salad and burrito bowl. Moes made a customer while Chipotle lost one. Manager stated corporate wont give them plastic ware.

I asked whe it would be ready and they completely ignored me. This isn’t a once instance thing. Happens everytime I am here. If corporate wants this location to be ready for the draft. They need a whole new staff. STAT.
