The crew of four that just served me today had the most well-oiled operation. Place was relatively clean considering the amount of business, and there were actually napkins in the dispensers.. couldn’t believe it myself. Well done Sunday crew 4/19

Their inability to do basic tasks, even with a team member there to help, will remind you why they work at Chipotle and why you shouldn't waste your time or money here. Pathetic

Instead of reaching out that ingredients are not available or canceling the order they just make it with what they have on hand. This is a problem when all they have is rice and you get a rice burrito. See the photo for my chicken fajita veggie burrito lovingly crafted minus chicken or fajita veggies. To be fair I did get a few pieces of corn. 😂

I saw two employees, one prepping and another one (possibly do a to go order?) neither one acknowledged me and my daughters in line. A solid 5 minutes of us standing there , without being greeted, we left. I get being busy , but we didn’t even get a “hello, someone will be right with you.” And the place was a mess…. Food everywhere. I know it’s hard to find good working employees, but if you don’t want to be there - stay home!!! It’s human decency to acknowledge a customer. The mcknight chipotle has really gone down hill - it’s sad.
