    I don't even know where to begin. About a month ago I went through the drive-through and pieces of my order were missing. I called the store. They said that they have a policy to "not refund" but I could come back within two weeks to get the same order. I wasn't going to be around in those two weeks, and I didn't want to drive in the snow 20 minutes to go get the order that I had just gotten at the end of a long day, and 20 min back home. They refused to refund what would've been maybe eight dollars. Then I had the lunacy to order through DoorDash from them a month later. Thinking that won't happen again, must have just been an off night.nMy order comes and an entire piece of my order is missing. I called the store to ask if I could come and get that item. Remember, they told me they don't "do refunds." And I was told, nope! I could not come to get the item that I paid for. They don't "do that." The person I spoke to was named "story. "The DoorDash driver got confused, came back to my home and was in my kitchen for about 15 minutes while we tried to have a conversation over Google translate because he wanted to fix the issue. He drove all the way back to the store, spoke to another employee named "Sage "and Sage called me from the dashers phone and told me we're not gonna give this man who just drove 15 minutes back to your house, and 15 minutes back to us, who lost gas money, who lost earnings from the past hour and a half, your fries. No, we're not gonna give him this item that you paid for so that you could enjoy. Only a psychopath would do something like that. I can't explain how despicable that behavior is. The food that I ordered and paid around $60 for had been sitting on my counter for almost 2 hours. It was inedible at that point. And they couldn't give me fries. What a joke of a place.

    They have forgotten an item in every single order I’ve ever placed here, I’ve got the receipts to prove it Today I found out that those replacement awards EXPIRE! And chick fila is telling me it’s up to the operator Micah skipper to make those rules on how missing items are refunded or rewarded. I think this guy figured out he can sell the same chicken nugget 4x by continently forgetting an item in every order. Putting an expiration date on a Refund reward is illegal! I paid for the food and never got it! You can’t give me a timeframe to come get what I already paid for. I’ve eaten at chick fil a nationwide and this fox chapel location is a real let down to the brand.

    Because of guests that wanted to lie on my sister to the owner/operator saying she was being over the top and also because of the general manager that threatened to call the cops to come shoot my sister all because she wanted a tray for her dine in order after he purposely put her food in a bag when he knew she was dining in and refused to give her a tray when she asked nicely MULTIPLE TIMES and because of the owner/operator that blamed my sister for everything and accused her of knowing his dad has cancer and is dying when she was trying to reach him and not his dad (they have the same name) my sister tried to take her life the other day. My sister has severe PTSD from how they treated her on Good Friday and is on suicidal watch. THATS HOW BAD THEY BULLIED MY SISTER. I was with my sister when she spoke to the owner/operator on the phone she had him on speaker and he yelled at her and blamed her for everything and believed his staff and 3 guests over my sister. My family and I have contacted the BBB and emailed the CEO of Chick Fil A and are seriously considering legal action for emotional distress and harassment.
