  Your mobile app vs normal drive thru lane split is so stupid. Completely backs up this parking lot which is shared with Trader Joe’s. We shouldn’t have to download an app to get fast food.

  Very rarely do I write reviews, but I actually had the pleasure of meeting a worker named MJ tonight. They were very sweet and noticed my toddler crying and came up to her and asked what was wrong. We learned today that the play area was getting remodeled, but MJ walked her over to games stored for the kids and talked to her and made it all better (for the people eating and had to hear her screaming prior too). On top of that, on our way out, I think it was a manager saw her upset that we had to head out and offered her a cow plushie. It made all the difference, thank you both :)

  Worst chick-fil-a i’ve ever been too. I had to repeat my order 3x, because the worker didn’t know how to listen, for it to still be wrong. My side salad is missing all the toppings which I was most excited for :/ if you’re not from here maybe try a different chick-fil-a nearby, this one isn’t very good.

  Woman taking my order was so pleasant. Each staff member seems to enjoy their jobs. The woman even complimented my skin and said I looked beautiful. I’ve been doing skin care & didn’t have a drop of make up on. She made my whole day. Thank you Miss lady 🫶🏼

  Lackluster customer service tonight (March 14, 2026). I came to the mobile order pickup area for my order. The male cashier turned from the register and, while walking past me toward the back, asked, “Who are you picking up?” without even slowing down. There was no greeting, no “hello,” and no “welcome to Chick-fil-A.” A female employee was bringing out my order at the time and heard me say my name. I asked whether it was normal for customers not to be greeted at this location. She attempted to brush it off by saying they had been busy earlier. However, at that moment the lobby was mostly empty and there was only one person in line. This was a disappointing experience compared to the level of customer service I usually receive at other Chick-fil-A locations. Normally the brand sets a very high standard for hospitality and basic courtesy toward customers. Even if I had been picking up a DoorDash order for someone else, delivery drivers deserve that respect from staff as well.
