The staff's lservice and energy from is high vibrational and professional and warm.
Food bar is always clean, food and drinks always fresh they are super clear with explaining the options.
I appreciate it and am grateful.

I can’t say enough great things about Dilana at CAVA. Every single time I come in, she brings such an incredible energy that completely changes the whole experience. She has one of the most genuinely positive attitudes I’ve ever seen in customer service, and it’s the kind of positivity that feels real, effortless, and contagious. Honestly, whenever I stop in, I find myself hoping she’s working because I know I’m about to leave in a better mood than when I walked in.
Dilana goes above and beyond in every interaction. She is welcoming, attentive, kind, and makes every customer feel valued. No matter how busy it gets, she always keeps a smile on her face, stays patient, and creates such a warm, upbeat environment that makes the whole restaurant feel inviting. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently delivers that level of service, but Dilana does it every single time.
What stands out most is that she doesn’t just provide excellent service, she creates an experience. She makes people feel seen, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. Her professionalism, friendliness, and positive spirit are a huge reason I keep coming back. Employees like Dilana are incredibly hard to find, and she is truly an asset to CAVA. She represents exactly what great hospitality should look like.
Five stars without hesitation. Dilana is absolutely amazing, and she deserves recognition for the impact she has on every guest who walks through the door.

As always the food was really good but the restaurant was a mess with food all over the counter, it took forever (15 min) to even order food with only one person ahead of me as priority seemed to be given to takeout and online orders, the tables were messy and the music was blowing out the speakers and to top it off they were out of half of the drinks. I may try again in the far future but for now I am going to avoid this location.

There were only two workers on staff that were really the only staff to be seen at 12:18 pm. The girl who waited on us had an attitude. This was our first time ever going to a Cava. We asked her for recommendations and she kept snapping at us to read the stickers on the glass partition. Roots is now popping up with more locations and their staff is knowledgeable and has no problem answering questions about the food. Maybe Cava should take note since they poorly train their staff. This location seems to have a lot of the same negative reviews. They’re consistently terrible.

1 star (I would give zero stars if it was an option)
This Cava location is poorly managed and the staff is consistently rude and unhelpful.
We tried ordering through the Cava app twice, and both times they completely missed our order even though the app clearly said it was “ready for pickup” 30 minutes earlier.
In one recent visit, we received the notification that our food was ready, drove over, and found out nothing had even been started. When I asked a staff member for help, the first one said they didn’t know because they were new. The second person completely ignored me. The third person said they could see the order details but still couldn’t help. The fourth person finally tried to assist but didn’t say a single word to us — he looked completely overworked and annoyed.
He located the order, disappeared for about 5 minutes without explanation, came back and started making it, then walked away again for another 5–10 minutes before finally finishing. The bowl looked like it was thrown together with zero attention to what we actually ordered.
By that point I was exhausted and didn’t want to argue, so I just took the order and left. When we got home, we discovered it was still wrong — my wife was missing her hummus and I was missing the extra chicken I had paid for.
The entire process took a full hour and was incredibly frustrating. We’ve had similar bad experiences with the app and this location in the past, so we will never order through the Cava app again
