They kept taking other orders even though we were standing there for a long time. They made my coffee right away but ignored my friend for 20 minutes and then completely screwed up her ice cream. It looked nothing like the photos & they claimed they were “out of” all the toppings listed in the order’s description after she was confused by how it looked. Nobody deserves to be treated this way for $12.

For a major chain ice cream shop this place couldn't be more unprofessional. They took out all of the ice cream tubs and had four left in the coolers and three tubs on the back counter. After several minutes of waiting I was asked "can I help you?" and I said "I'm not sure. You have no ice cream," to which the response was "Yeah. Sorry. There's just none here at this hour." I don't mean to be this person but when did you open that you have no ice cream at 12pm on a Thursday? Do you only get shipments in once a week? It can't be that busy that you ran out of it. None in the back I'm assuming. Will not return.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
