I want to say this is the worst experience ever at Arbys. Very disappointed! Location was Baum Blvd and Cypress. Went through the drive through. Had 2 separate orders. The girl taking the order was extremely rude. Name on receipt is Samara. Date of incident 1/24/26. 7:55pm. She shoved the food through the window. Didn't say anything. My friend and I were just so shocked how rude she was. The manager even made eye contact with us and ignored the fact that we were still sitting in the drive through. She never asked if we wanted sauce so we waited. She finally came back and opened the window and said what?! We then asked for sauce and she was like I already put it in the bag. I will NOT return to this location. I love Arbys but this experience has made me think differently.

I called because Arby’s had given away my doordash order to a different person without confirming that it was for the correct person. When I called and asked if they could remake the food one of the Arby’s employees decided to immediately yell at me and tell me that “someone stole my food they have absolutely nothing to do with it and cannot help me at all”. The behavior of this establishments employees is not only disrespectful it’s not what I expected from a professional standpoint. I proceeded to tell this employee that it was “astonishing” the way she speaks to customers and she replied “my manager is completely okay with how I speak with our customers”. So if you would like to eat at Arby’s I suggest one with better customer service experience!
