- SWSarah WApr 6, 20262.0I was greatly disappointed and will not be coming back. My first impression was a crew of very unenthusiastic/low energy staff. It did not feel welcoming. On top of that, it was so quiet and awkward. No music playing, just staff talking and laughing with each other while we all waited in silence for our food. I was told my meatball sub would be toasted, but when I unwrapped it, the cheese was cold and the bread was not toasted at all. The meatballs, barely warm. The sauce was all over the outside of the sub. The cherry on top was the walk to the bathroom which felt like walking into a horror movie. No lighting whatsoever. Felt like a waste of time and money.
