Walking down Penn avenue towards primo hoagies there was a employee screaming out the door at another individual walking past stating she was going to have her beat up and then when tried to come into the store she closed early. Extremely unprofessional using profanity.

I mean you are charging $15 for a 9" hoagie and you're probably going to wait 15 to 20 min to just put your order in. I've been in there 3 times in the past two months... and its been the same thing everytime. 5 stars to the skeleton crew that has to deal with the lunch rush... -5 stars to whoever is too cheap to hire more than 2 people to work. Do better.

The service was amazing and the food was great and totally worth the wait. Shoutout to the two ladies working their butts off today!
