  Im a student here and this place frustrates me. I struggled through getting the order I wanted, the kiosk doesn't currently show what they have (said they have no bagels of any kind when I can see them). Once I finally get my tea ordered, there is a long wait which is fine, I get it. I then am notified its ready and go to the counter to pick it up and its no where. I look for it and I see the worker filling it up (reciept had my name), and them rather the put it on the pickup order counter just to the right, they put it BEHIND THE REGISTER and resume taking walk up orders. Like hello? I tried to get their attention but it took like 10 minutes cause they are understaffed. This isn't the first time I've done mobile order, get the notification its ready, and then when I get to the counter, its filled up in a cup just out of reach of the customer. Maybe im being unreasonable but if u took the time to fill it and put other orders on the pickup counter (like you can see in the photo), why are some sitting just out of reach? I swear this happens every other time I order a drink whether its in person, kiosk or mobile order. I agree with the one of the reviews I saw on here, if you got nothing but time on your hands why not order and wait for awhile. Corporate needs to staff this location better and institute better training. But they probably won't cause its "a captive audience".

  I couldn't find the building, I called the store and the manager came outside to find me. Very friendly, helpful and kind store! BEST service I have ever received from a Panera! Excellent Management!!!

  This location is TERRIBLE when it comes to having your app order done on time. This is the third and LAST time my salad has been over 30 minutes past promised time. I told myself to never order from them again and yet I did it...stupid me I guess. They have a captive audience with their location and it is clear they don't care. If you have all sorts of time to wait around for a simple order give them a try.
