  It’s ridiculous that you can not sit and eat in a restaurant that has over 10 tables open because they have to many online orders to fill..

  Waited 9 minutes past the time it said my order would be done. Which was supposed to be 25 minutes AFTER placing the order on the website. But turned nearly 40 minute wait. And the place wasn't even packed if hardly half capacity. Bought the $20 boneless +fries. My account is new and said I'd get a free burger over $15 purchase, but no burger and it said active on my account. They forget my bleu cheese dip to go with my chicken. If my first time here is met with inconsistency, then that show is a food joint is way to lenient on the image they claim to uphold.

  This place is Gross, don't eat here. I quit just last week and I will say sanitary conditions and quality of food are below acceptable. Spend your hard earned money on something better people!

  Did i order through DoorDash no, Uber Eats? No. Any third party app? No. I ordered through BWW’s localized app. So explain to me why,( don’t even bother explaining cuz Ive been to enough Buffalo Wild Wings with mobile orders too many times for you to explain this crap) my girlfriend goes in for pickup and this woman asks for a receipt. On a mobile order! With my name on it! What you expect my order to not be paid for when i ordered through the app? Yeah damn sure won’t be back. Got my baby standing there for 5 minutes doing nothing but making her food cold to the point where she has to come get me to come inside so she can get her food that i bought and paid for.🤦🏽‍♂️
