I had not been to Wendy's in a very long time. As a pescatarian who limits carbs, I knew they sold salads but wasn't sure of the options. So, I was pleasantly surprised to learn their salads (Apple Pecan, Cobb, Taco) are made when you order, and you can ask for no meat. I had the Apple Pecan salad that was delicious. It consisted of field greens, sliced granny apple, cranberries, blue cheese crumbles, and lightly candied pecans (these are in a separate little bag) with a pomegranate vinaigrette. It was so good! I would definitely order it again.
