  why is my pinky nail thicker than this lame excuse for a crunchwrap. disappointing. and how are you gonna get my drink order wrong when youre the only fast food place with baja blasts.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. We waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, and when we finally made it to the window our food still wasn’t ready. We ended up sitting at the window for another 10 minutes just waiting for our order. In total it took about 40 minutes, which is way too long for fast food. I understand places get busy, but the wait time and lack of communication made the whole experience pretty disappointing. Hopefully they can improve the drive-thru efficiency because this was not a great experience.

  So I went years not eating Taco Bell because they consistently messed up my order, but in a moment of desperation I risked placing an order a few months back, and was thrilled to find they actually made all the food as it was ordered. Since that order I have ordered 2 more times and both times the order was correct. You have restored my faith in the Phoenixville Taco Bell.

  This location is supposed to be open until 1 am. So, how come when I pull up at 10:15pm, their doors are locked and drive through was not operating? The employees saw me and my friend trying to open the door, and they just stood there doing nothing. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

  I have waited 25 minutes to receive my door dash order for my customer. And 20 minutes into waiting I hear the workers say that they just started my door dash order.
