I arrived promptly in the 1 hour pickup window they scheduled and at first nobody could find any information on my order. After 10 minutes and multiple employees being called over, they found out someone cancelled my order but didn't know why. After another 10 minutes, they realized the didn't have the product in stock. I asked why I never received any emails regarding the cancellation, let alone the status of my order. Even the manager could not give me a straight answer. Their online system is flawed and unreliable. The manager then said he would give me a $20 credit per the inconvenience of making an unnecessary trip to the store, which days later I have still not received. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because shopping in store is generally fine but I will never use GIANT direct online ordering again.
