I ordered pizza, pasta and a Philly cheesesteak. The pasta's Alfredo sauce had only 5 tiny pieces of chicken (literally, I counted them). The Philly cheesesteak seemed a vegetarian sandwich because you could barely find a piece of meet. Check the pictures attached. The order was delivered by the store instead of a Dasher and it took a lot of time to arrive. When I called to complain the person that answered the phone wasn't very polite. I understand you can have a lot of orders to deliver but still I expect a decent service and high quality food.

An hour later I called the store and told them that they forgot our soda and the driver said he’d be back in a few minutes and if they could just credit my card for the soda. They asked for the address and said they would take care of it. Plus, I also told them they messed up my husband‘s pizza. He ordered a spicy chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, and got a pizza with ham. I was going to have them send another one, but my husband said he would just eat it. Two days later, I still was not credited for the soda. Not that it’s a lot of money but still $2.49 is $2.49.

I called back and was on hold for 18 MINUTES and then hung up on. I ended up having to send my 76 y.o. old dad to physically go in and place the order for me to pick up. When I spoke to them about it when I got there, no body cared. Poor.
