- LZLauren ZieglerFeb 1, 20261.0Did my first online order today to be delivered. I watched it sit incomplete for an hour because of one item. It was supposed to be delivered between 10-11 and I called at 10:30 to see why it wasn’t closed or yet. When I called the shopper said he forgot to finish it because he was stuck on a 90 piece order. (Not my problem) so it is now going to be almost an hour late. I called and spoke to the manager and she was obnoxious and rude and could care less. She basically said mistakes happen n deal with it there’s nothing she can do. After seeing the reviews it is a common thread with this place. It is clear the employees have no need to do their job because the terrible management.
