Store is okay, if a bit small, but checkout was pretty awful. I bought about 5 items, went to the Self Checkout which has a large sign saying "Express - About 15 items or less." There were 4 self checkouts which is far less than the average store. One was broken, that left three. And two of those had people with literally full carts of 40 items checking out. Causing a long line of about 7 or 8 people to form waiting for a checkout. Most of the people in line had about 5 things. A store employee was standing right there and said nothing to the rude full cart people clogging up the Express lane. Just let them check out. Finally I got a terminal and rang up my 5 items, the store offers no bags so I took 2 steps from my terminal to get a reusable shopping bag to add to my items so I would have something to carry my things in. This took all of 15 seconds and in that time some guy comes down the aisle trying to check out at my terminal where I have not yet even paid for my items because I need to add the reusable bag to the total!
I'm sorry but they need to manage the sekf check line better, this was really a mess.

I really like the store as far as the stores concern however do not particularly care for the manager that works there He's always rude and very short with his conversations I tried to talk it up as he was just having a bad day but it's been on three different occasions he's always the same however it's closer to where I live as convenient so that's why I go in there but if it was another option I probably wouldn't shop there because of him

I was there today, 10/26. Checker Cameron, I believe, did not respond to my Hello. Checked me out, did not offer the 5% discount until I asked and the proceed to push my groceries to the end of the counter and waited on the next person with a 12 pack of beer. He left and the checker watched me finish packing my groceries. I am not helpless but I am 63yo and have been shopping there for about 40 years and never saw such disrespect.
