  Customer service sucked she was nice but botched the order we ended up just saying forget the onions rings after waiting out whole stay for them. Food was ok. I just don't see the hype about this chain!

  We just came in from a long drive and originally ordered take out but asked to sit outside since we have a dog. The manager Rashad let us stay outside and even brought us waters, ketchup and carrots. Rashad was amazing and made us feel very good after a hard day. We don't live in PA but if we are ever in the area again this is the BWW I want to go to. The location is great as well and the atmosphere is nice. Thank you Radhad!!!

  We order take out from this location all the time. My son and I will generally split the 15 boneless wing bundle. The last 2 visits have been so disappointing. We generally spend $60+ on the bundles, but this time we only orders smaller portions because it was so disappointing last time. Unfortunately this time was not any different. Almost $15 for 10 boneless “wings” and 3/10 of the “wings” were smaller than McDonalds nuggets. Would have to spend double to actually make a meal. Ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

  I took my girlfriend on a date here yesterday the service was lacking and the front end host around 7 pm came over to our table and ate from our plate. If i could leave no stars i would and i should have caused a scene because behavior like that is absolutely ridiculous. I recommend the store manager review the footage in the booth near the restrooms around this time because you wouldnt believe it unless you saw it. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Buffalo wild wings is good spot for wings and sauces. Some sauces are hot or mid. They keep changing the blazing hot formula. Buy still love the place and been a regular to the spot.
