Got there sat there for almost 20 minutes, I called the store and they were telling me they did not see my order went in and heard an employee yelling saying “I told you about that curbside and to take it out!” Both people were confused. I check my bag because every time I’ve been having to go there it’s routine because something is always missing. Was missing my McChicken, the employee had her AirPod in and was very rude. I get it fast food restaurant work is hard but yelling and acting rude towards employees and customers is not acceptable towards anyone. Came home was missing napkins, my sauce, all our food was semi cold, and the fries were definitely old due to probably sitting in the fries warmer for too long. McDonald’s was so much better than this I don’t know what has happened during this year with this establishment but something needs to change to make food edible and actually make customers want to come here.

The workers were complaining the whole time even though it’s their job, and they forgot the main item in the grinch box, chicken nuggets. Overall, they are really bad with costumers, bad Customer service , and overall is not worth your time going to, and if you consider going to McDonald’s, don’t go to this one.
