- BGB GoodFeb 4, 20261.0I’ve given this Dunkin way too many chances. Almost every visit there’s an issue — wrong cup size, missing cream or sugar, or the wrong donut entirely. It’s basic stuff that shouldn’t be messed up this often. What’s worse is that when you politely correct them, the staff acts offended, like you are the problem. I’m not asking for anything extra — just the order I paid for. Consistency and customer service are clearly lacking here.

Got home, we were missing a sandwich, the loaded hasbrowns were cold (not room temp, COLD), my avocado toast wasn't toasted at all, and my sourdough breakfast sandwich was also cold and the bread wasn't toasted. Really annoying and inconvenient to have to drive back to get all this fixed when we really just wanted to sit down and relax after our trip.
