I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in years. Figured I might as well. The food was okay but the portions were tiny, way smaller than the photos made them look. Baja Blast, which I'd never had before, was pretty good. Better than regular Dew for sure. But the tiny proportions absolutely were not worth the price. If this is the current state of Taco Bell, then i would not recommend dining here or at any other Taco Bell location.

They close the DINING ROOM at 7pm!!! Completely unacceptable for a location in the heart of University City!!
The food is great and the staff are quicker than other taco bells but management needs to recognize how much sales is lost closing so early?????!! Thats prime dinner time!

Food was on point. Major issue though, they close the dining room at 7pm meaning if you pop by later you’re going to have to place an order and wait in their TINY waiting room where there are only TWO kiosks to order from.
Pretty soon this place is going to be slammed every night with college students and locals. This setup is a recipe for all sorts of disasters. Here’s hoping they re-approach their late night strategy 🙏

The food was as advertised and the place is clean but I have to deduct stars because the place closes the dining room at 7. Super early for one of the safest neighborhoods in Philly and with lots of Penn security around. I can understand closing at 8 or 9 but 7 is overkill especially when it’s so cold out and that is the time most people eat dinner. I would have liked to eat my hot food inside where it’s warm. It also would be nice to have more kiosks and at least a couple chairs if you’re going to make people wait in such a small space

Store just opened and it is very clean and efficient. Emphasis on clean. Every five minutes or so while my friend and I were dining, staff was coming out and wiping tables. The seating area was large with plenty of spots.
In-store dining stops at 10pm, but you can still order and pick up food from the front vestibule, until 12 I believe.
You can only order at the counter if you’re paying with cash. Otherwise you have to use one of the several digital kiosks they have in the store.
Food was very good and very fresh. Much better than the food at the Center City location.
My number one hope is that they maintain the cleanliness of this store. That will make or break it. Will definitely be coming back!
Also, did not know that Taco Bell serves coffee (they have both hot and iced). That’s a game changer.
