  Employee ruined my meal. I ordered through Uber Eats. There were only a few nachos in the Nachos Bell Grande, making it just a bowl of toppings. The quesadilla had no sauce in it, just a tiny amount of chicken, so I was just eating plain bread. They also completely forgot the cinnamon bites. The only thing they did right was the soda, and that's surprising.

  This food here is literally double the price than other Taco Bells. I don’t usually mind the forgetting items and (to an extent) the quality of food. It’s not anymore special, better quality, or larger portions - so why would I go here? The dining room also closes early & there’s no drive through. Super disappointing.

  The nerve of the managers she was so confident that my food didn’t get stolen she was barking at the dasher “I always make sure food is behind the counter” she looked mad stupid when she had to confess my food got stolen then had the nerve to tell me they can’t just remake it again these managers both suck like the rest of their staff.

  good god. Lisa moves with the grace of a dancer and a courteousness that none of us deserve. this place was Slammed and i swear she was the only thing keeping it afloat and with a! level head! and kind demeanor! no less! i dunno how much she makes but Give Her a Raise! Give her everything, matter of fact. president of the united states. she could save us all, i swear. thank you west philly taco bell.
