Which never happened at all, I had to order online. And I was completely ignored. One lady asked if I was being helped I said no and it was nothing after that. My daughter is a picky eater and really wanted it, so I ordered it online and I’ll let the picture speak for itself. Even the fries were cold and disgusting. For them to act so busy fulfilling orders and still make everything horribly was unacceptable. I figured at least the food would be good because the customer service was nonexistent.

It’s like they just don’t care to put in the effort at all and think we’ll just get a refund. Just know there’s a person waiting an hour for dinner after a long day just for most of the things to not arrive. Wingstop is a game of cards at this point, you never know what you’re going to get and corporate is just letting this happen, do you see the ratings your locations are getting? Every time I open my Wingstop bag I always have to guess if I’m getting what I ordered, which is never the case for any other fast food establishment.
- STSamuel TseghayeFeb 15, 20261.0I ordered there and I do it a lot, but I’ve never got my order fully correct and whenever I call them for a refund, they always say I have to do with the delivery app and they always just give me a five dollar coupon for Uber eats or DoorDash and the workers don’t wear gloves and they don’t wear hairnets and a lot of them have braids and long hair Probably gets in the food. The one nice thing that happened there is when I was there with my friend and they gave my friend a good drink. Some of the workers are good, but I feel like the management isn’t.
