  Awful front cashier service. Placed a order at the front on the machine. Ordered two value menu items that shouldn't take long right? Wrong. It took 15 minutes. Why? The front cashier who's supposed to handle packing up the order didn't notice or pay any attention to my order that was sitting there for minutes at the corner of the table behind here while i stand waiting lol. I thought those two items couldn't be mine, but thankfully I flagged her down to check on my order and low and behold, it was mine. Just be warned that the employees at the front just do not care and you'll be waiting longer than usual just for a simple order. TIP: go through the drive-through it's a lot faster believe it or not lol

  Went in monday afternoon, the girl working the front was rude and ignorant. Ordered for dine in but as I walked around and seen how filthy it was in there we left they hadn't cleaned that soda machine since it was put in there! Then after we got our food home the burgers looked like we ordered them from the streets of India looked like they slapped the buns on with their feet, smashed soggy and gross with old cheese

  This Wendy’s has gone downhill. On Wednesday, March 10, 2026 at 5 pm I placed a mobile order then at 5:05 I got into the long drive-through line. I didn’t get to the drive-through window until 515. Then I waited another 20 minutes for my order with no communication from the staff whatsoever. I spoke to the manager and two to the employees, They claimed they just had an inspection. The two employees, a young female and a young male were very disrespectful towards me. Also, the female tried to give me drinks that were sitting there more than 30 minutes. My food was thrown together, and my fries were cold and hard. I didn’t have issues at this Wendy’s before until most recently with these young employees.
