Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t have a high bar. Be open in listed hours, don’t be out of everything but biscuits for breakfast. I’ve been there 4 times since I moved just around the corner and I’ve only successfully ordered anything ONCE. And it was wrong. Also filing a complaint with corporate cuz I have the time.

To everyone reading, I want to sincerely apologize to this Wendy’s location, their team, and anyone who saw my previous review. My negative review was posted here by mistake and was actually meant for a different store.
I was extremely frustrated with my experience at the Red Lion Rd location, and in that frustration, I accidentally left the review on the wrong page. That was my error, and I take full responsibility for it. To be clear, I have not had any issues with this location per se, and my comments should not reflect on their service in any way. Please disregard my previous review for this store.
Again, I truly apologize for the confusion and any negative impact it may have caused.
Went there for breakfast and they had no biscuits ready. Told it was a 5 minute wait but I ordered my food 7 minutes before I got there via the app. Asked that my order be cancelled. She didn't cancel my order. Caucasian female with brown hair on March 30th. Didn't see the order cancelled in the app. Baby girl thought she was going to get away with stealing my money. Contacted my credit card company and they immediately did a charge back!!NEVER PAY WITH CASH! ALWAYS USE A CARD SO YOU CAN DO A CHARGE BACK BECAUSE THEY ARE THEIVES AND SCAMMERS

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience has become too consistent to ignore.
This Wendy’s location is, without exaggeration, one of the most poorly managed establishments I’ve encountered. It is never just a one-time issue — it is a repeated pattern of inconvenience and disregard for customers.
On multiple occasions, this location has been closed well before the posted business hours. Other times, I’ve been told that the kitchen is already cleaned an hour or more before closing, meaning they refuse service while still technically “open.” This is not only frustrating — it’s unacceptable.
As a paying customer, I should not have to guess whether a business will honor its advertised hours or actually be prepared to serve food. At this point, it feels like there is no accountability at this location whatsoever.
I continue to give this location chances out of convenience, hoping for improvement, but the experience remains consistently disappointing. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
At this point, I would genuinely like to be contacted by someone in upper management or the district level, because this is clearly a leadership and operational issue — not an isolated incident

I ordered ahead a mobile order. I drove up to the location and was told to go inside; All the doors were locked except the front one door; I get inside and there’s three people waiting for their food; apparently no frosty no lemonade was available for them but Wendy’s refused to refund them!, advised to pick something of equal value. My turn came to pick up my order and nothing was ready, then after waiting over 25 mins I’m now told there is no more Chili, no Frosty, no mango lemonade and they gave me three nuggets instead of 4 for the biggie meal; They wouldn’t refund me either, so I waited another 20 mins for exchange of two double stack burgers, both burned crispy; then a customer just wanted her $20 bill back and kindly said she’d give back the change, refund her $20 as her burger and food was cold and burnt and smothered in mayonnaise; They refused her money refund and called the General Manager, I’m now waiting for my Drink, the lady was still waiting for her refund, not sure what happened, but it was so unorganized, they stole money as no refund and exchange of value, my exchanged was short changed as no equals value and the workers all were rude and Filthy disgusting looking, I think I caught a sore throat breathing the Air in there, and the whole restaurant looked filthy and unkept; Wendy’s is supposed to be a better value and quality of Fast Food ; This location is filthy unorganized, shisty and the General Manager and Manager need to be Fired immediately! To not have inventory stocked to forecast sales and take customers money and refuse a refund and provide cold and burnt food! Stay away and stick with Chik fil A, or Go to Mcdonalds, This Wendy’s is just NASTY from the food to the poor service!
